This dish is really delicious, because the juicy and creamy chicken is perfect with the flavor and crispy texture of the bacon. Prepare and consent everyone at home.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 5 slices bacon, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • enough flour
  • 1 egg
  • enough ground bread

Preparation

Cook the bacon. Since the bacon is well cooked, add the onion and garlic. Since the onion is transparent, turn off the heat and in a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, mozzarella, cream cheese and parsley.
Season the breasts with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Make a small opening to each one of the breasts and fill with the mixture that we did previously.
Enharina, beats an egg and dips the breasts in the egg. Cover them with crushed bread. Fry over low heat.

TIPS

If necessary you can bake a few minutes to finish cooking.
