Preparation
Thaw the turkey in the refrigerator one day before preparation.
In a bowl, mix the butter, the pineapple syrup, the mustard, and the orange juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the butter mixture evenly over the turkey.
Place the turkey inside the cooking bag and pour the remaining butter mixture into the bag. Seal the bag.
Bake the turkey according to the packing instructions (usually between 2-3 hours).
Remove the turkey from the oven and the cooking bag and place it it on a serving plate.
