Cutlets with potatoes and onions in a spicy sauce, I call them angry because they are a bit spicy, but the spicy flavor gives it a delicious touch, I love them!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 potatoes, big
  • 5 slices pork chop, smoked
  • 1 can taco sauce, "The mountain"
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup Water
  • English sauces, to taste
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

The potatoes are sliced and fried until they are toasted, it does not matter that the potatoes are not peeled.
The pork chops are fried one by one until they have a toasted appearance.
Once the chops are fried, they are diced and the onion is sliced.
In a pan, mix the taquera sauce (only half if you don't want it to be very spicy) along with the onion slices, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, a cup of water, the potatoes and the diced cutlet.
Cover and boil for about 5 minutes to integrate the flavors, stirring from time to time.

TIPS

It can be served with a garnish of steamed vegetables and is excellent to serve with a glass of red wine.

esta la hago pero con salsa que yo prepara y queda riquisssima :) lo que hago es dorar los chiles y el tomate los pelo y a la licuadora con ajo mmm y queda muy rica :)

duda no me gusta utilizar enlatados si puedo hacerlo natural, por ello me gustaria saber como es la salsa taquera.
