Choripán is a meal that basically consists of a roasted chorizo ​​that is served between two pieces of bread, a typical dish of the gastronomy of Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay and in the Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil. Enjoy this easy and delicious recipe!

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 2 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chili flake
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • 3 argentine sausage
  • 3 white breads
  • French fries

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, parsley, chili flakes, oregano, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let stand for 20 min and reserve.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil, add the sausages and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Reservation.
On a board, cut the bread making an incision, add the sausage, the chimichurri and serve.
Accompany with french fries and light beer.

PRESENTATION

On an extended plate, accompanied by potatoes and light beer.

TIPS

If you wish, you can add another variety of spices to the chimichurri, such as coriander, rosemary, thyme, etc.
