A very easy recipe for pork chops with a bittersweet touch.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 1/2 kilos of pork chop
  • 1 Cup of soy sauce
  • 2/3 of Cup of ginger jam or apricot jam
  • 1/3 of Cup of honey
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    Cut the chops into individual portions and place in a rectangular roasting pan.
    In a deep bowl mix the soy, jam, honey and pepper. Pour the sauce over the chops.
    Cover the container with the chops with foil and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. Remove from the oven, turn the chops back and cover and cook for 30 more minutes.
    Remove the chops from the oven and serve on a platter. With a spoon remove the fat from the sauce and pour the sauce over the chops.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate your dish with chives.
