Preparation
Cut the chops into individual portions and place in a rectangular roasting pan.
In a deep bowl mix the soy, jam, honey and pepper. Pour the sauce over the chops.
Cover the container with the chops with foil and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. Remove from the oven, turn the chops back and cover and cook for 30 more minutes.
Remove the chops from the oven and serve on a platter. With a spoon remove the fat from the sauce and pour the sauce over the chops.
