Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 boat Doña Yolanda Toks® mole sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cups vegetal oil
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups mexican barbacoa
  • 1/4 cups fresh cheese, fallen apart
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1/8 cups toasted sesame seed
  • 1 cup watercress, to decorate
  • to taste red onion, to decorate, cut into strips

Preparation

Heat a pot over medium heat and dissolve the mole Doña Yolanda Toks® with water. Cook until it reaches boiling point and has the desired consistency. Season and reserve. The mole is ready to integrate it into the saucer.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil, fry the tortillas and remove the excess fat.
On a plate forms a mirror of mole, place an omelette, spread with more mole Mole Doña Yolanda Toks®, add crumbled cheese and add barbecue, repeat until making 3 layers.
Cover completely with mole, decorate with cream and sesame seeds.
Accompany with a salad of watercress, decorate with purple onion. Enjoy

Se ve rica la receta, pero podríamos sustituir la barbacoa por un pollo o una red.... Un sabor mucho mejor!!!
