  • 2 cups of Water
  • 1 boat of Mole Doña Yolanda Toks®
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 of Cup of vegetable oil
  • 6 pieces of Corn tortillas
  • 2 cups of barbecue
  • 1/4 of Cup of fresh cheese fallen apart
  • 1/4 of Cup of sour cream
  • 1/8 of Cup of toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 Cup of watercress to decorate
  • to taste of red onion to decorate, cut into strips

    Preparation

    Heat a pot over medium heat and dissolve the mole Doña Yolanda Toks® with water. Cook until it reaches boiling point and has the desired consistency. Season and reserve. The mole is ready to integrate it into the saucer.

    Se ve rica la receta, pero podríamos sustituir la barbacoa por un pollo o una red.... Un sabor mucho mejor!!!
