Preparation
Chop a part of the bacon, onion and garlic in small squares.
Mix the bacon with the meat, then add the onion, garlic, salt, pepper and paprika.
Form small balls with the meat and crush them with your hand.
Place the other part of the bacon in the pan to cook, once you let go of the fat and the bacon was cooked as you like, reserve the bacon and leave only the fat in the pan.
