Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 kilos chicken breast
  • 2 lemon juice
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 oranges, the juice

Preparation

Marinate chicken breasts for 2 hours with lemon juice, salt, pepper, soy sauce and margarine.
