Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 1/2 kilos chicken thigh
  • 1/2 kilos potato
  • 1/4 kilos bacon
  • 250 milliliters orange juice
  • 20 grams butter
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Grease a large refractory with the butter.
