Ingredients

4 portions
  • PAM® Original, Canola oil spray
  • 20 chicken wings, clean
  • 5 teaspoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 30 dried chile de árbol peppers, soaked
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Blend the chili with the orange juice, garlic, salt and pepper and reserve.
Marinate the previously cleaned wings in the previous preparation, and add the chopped parsley, refrigerate for a whole day.
Spray a tray with two shots of PAM® Original, covering the entire tray, place the wings, and spray them directly with another shot of PAM® Original to brown. Bake the wings at 170 ° C for 30 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve accompanied by PAM® Dressing of Goat Cheese.

dudas reboltosas jiji no se necesitan sellar antes  y hasta donde tomar del perijil para hacerlas en salsa barbiqui  y ke las alitas tengas su carnita en la punta es ke las e probado asi pero no se como hacerlas
