Preparation
Add finely chopped butter, garlic and ginger in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, add the pieces of pineapple and continue cooking for 5 minutes more, add the teaspoon of sugar, the tamarind concentrate, the Natural Tomato Puree Del Fuerte® moves to dissolve well and cook for 5 more minutes. Finally, add the thyme, the chicken broth, mix and let reduce so that the flavor of the sauce is concentrated. Reservation.
Heat the grill over high heat, cook the chops and the pineapple slices until they are cooked with the classic marks of the grill. Reservation.
Serve the chops and sauté with the bittersweet preparation. Serve with pineapple slices to decorate.
