Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cups onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • thyme
  • poultry seasoning
  • sage
  • coarse salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cups shallot, minced
  • 1/4 cups onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberry
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • black pepper

Preparation

Grind in a blender ¼ cup onion, 2 garlic cloves with herbs. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and spread the breast with this.
Put on the baking tray, add a cup of citron and bake at 350 Fahrenheit (180 ° C) to a thermometer record 165 Fahrenheit (75 ° C) inside, about an hour, add ½ cup of water if necessary .
Bring the citron to a boil, add the cranberries and leave for a few minutes. In the butter (2 tablespoons), add the onion (1/4 cup), echallot and garlic (1 tooth).

Slice the thin turkey breast and serve with the dressing.
