  • 2 kilos pork rib
  • 1 bottle barbecue sauce, store bought
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, To Make Your Own Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons English sauce, (Worcestershire) To Make Your Own Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, To Make Your Own Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 drop Tabasco sauce, To Make Your Own Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, To Make Your Own Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoons mustard powder, To Make Your Own Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt, To Make Your Own Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 cups ketchup, To Make Your Own Barbecue Sauce


The night before, place the ribs in a oven proof Pyrex dish together with the barbecue sauce, and cover them all over with sauce. Marinate overnight.
The next day, take the ribs and wrap them in aluminum foil (along with the sauce) and close them tightly so that they are wrapped in aluminum foil like little packages.
The oven is turned on 150 degrees. (3002°F)
Pack the ribs in a baking sheet and bake them in the oven for two hours.
After 2 hours, remove them from the oven and place them on the grill at medium-high temperature.
Coat the ribs on the grill with more barbecue sauce until they caramelize a little on the outside, about 10 minutes on each side.
Cut them into individual portions and serve.


If you want to have a home made barbecue sauce just mix the ketchup, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, tabasco, garlic powder, mustard powder and salt.
