  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, for the mass
  • 1 cup Water, for the mass
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for the chicken
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped, for the filling
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped, for the filling
  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cups unsweetened whipping cream
  • 1 cup McCormick® bbq mayonnaise dressing, 350 g
  • to taste white pepper, for the filling
  • to taste salt, for the filling
  • enough flour, to extend
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups chives, finely chopped
  • enough red onion, pickled, to serve
  • enough potato wedges, To accompany

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
On a clean surface, form a volcano with the flour and in the center add the salt, then the yeast, basil and olive oil. Pour the water little by little and begin to knead until you have a homogeneous and elastic mixture.
Place the dough in a previously greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let it ferment, that is, let it rest until it doubles in volume near the oven for approximately 1 hour.
In a deep frying pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion together with the garlic until they turn bright. Add shredded chicken, whipping cream and McCormick® BBQ Mayonnaise Dressing; Integrate and season with white pepper and salt. Cook for 5 more minutes over medium low heat. Reserve until use.
Assemble the pizza! With the help of your hands, punch the sourdough, that is, press your fist in the center of the dough to remove the air generated. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 5mm. Place on a round tray approximately 21 cm in diameter and cut off the excess. Top with grated mozzarella cheese, BBQ chicken to taste, and chopped chives.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the dough is cooked and the cheese is melted. Serve with pickled onion and serve with potato wedges.

PRESENTATION

Serve with pickled red onion.

TIPS

When you put the ingredients in the flour, place them separately; that way the effect they have on the dough works 100%.
