Preheat the oven to 180 °C. (356°F)
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the bread crumbs, the egg, the onion, the garlic, the ketchup, the mustard, the parsley, the salt and the pepper.
Take approximately 150g (about 5 oz.) of the meat mixture and give it a circular shape with your hands. Wrap with bacon and place in a greased baking tray or lined with parchment paper. Glaze the surface of the mini loafs and the bacon with ketchup.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the meat is cooked and the bacon browned.
Serve with parsley, accompanied by salad and pasta.
