Beef Fillet with Mashed Sweet Potato and Mulato Chili Sauce

This beef steak recipe is incredibly delicious and different. Juicy beef steak in a mulatto chili sauce with a smooth sweet potato mash as a side dish. The best option to surprise your guests.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 beef steak
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 bunches parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons LALA® butter
  • 2 cups sweet potato, pureed
  • 250 milliliters Evaporated milk LALA®
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1/2 cups whole kernel corn, Cooked
  • 5 mulatto peppers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/8 onions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Blend olive oil, parsley, garlic and salt. Marinade the beef steak for 10 minutes with the previous mixture.
Heat the LALA® Butter in a medium skillet over medium heat, add the sweet potato mash the LALA® Evaporated Milk and season for 10 minutes or until it has a creamy consistency.
Blend the peppers, garlic and onion. Heat the oil in a medium skillet and fry the sauce until it thickens, season and reserve.
Heat a large skillet over high heat and seal the beef fillet until the desired term is obtained for 20 minutes. Cut and serve with mash and sauce.

PRESENTATION

Serve in an extended dish and accompany with the mash and the sauce.

TIPS

You can bake the corn kernels so they are crispy.
