Beef Fillet with Sautéed Spinach, Parmesan and Chilli Powder

Incredible recipe of soft and juicy tenderloin steak, served with sautéed spinach with butter and garlic. Take the combination of a soft, creamy mashed potato with a touch of Parmesan cheese and chilli powder that will make it ideal for those who have a passion for cooking.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 white potatoes
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 beef steaks, in medallions
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pinch chilli powder
  • to taste parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

For spinach, heat a pan over medium heat with the butter, add the garlic, spinach and cook until softened. Remove from the pan and reserve.
Heat the remaining butter and seal the peppered medallions. Bathe the steaks with the butter, cook for 10 to 18 minutes depending on what term you want.
Remove the beef filet from the heat and serve with the spinach. Cut with a grater slices of Parmesan cheese, and sprinkle some chili seeds. Enjoy

PRESENTATION

Serve the beef filet cut into strips with a little sautéed spinach. You can add some cherry tomatoes to decorate your spinach.

TIPS

Before cutting meat let it rest for at least 5 minutes to prevent it from dislodging.
