Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos meat, fillet of beef
  • 4 green tomatoes, big
  • 1 Swiss Knorr, or chicken broth
  • 3 Green Chiles, or serrano
  • 100 grams bacon, chopped
  • fresh coriander, to taste
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 5 tablespoons oil

Preparation

Place the oil in a pot and fry the bacon until golden brown or to taste. Once fried, remove and reserve.
The meat is seasoned and in the same bacon oil the meat is added and a cup and a half of water are added, and it is left to cook for 15 minutes.
Add tomatoes, chilies, cilantro, Knorr or chicken broth and a little of the meat juice with a few pieces of meat and liquefy.
Once liquefied, add this mixture to the meat and let it cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.

PRESENTATION

In a deep dish add some beans from the pot, then add the meats in their juice and in the end add a little bacon.

TIPS

If you want to add more flavor to the dish, you can add the bacon to the broth and leave it to the fire for another 5 minutes.
