Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 3 cups of beef steak cut into cubes
  • 2 cups of pumpkin cut into cubes
  • 2 cans of Chile Poblano Cream Campbell's®
  • 3 tablespoons of parsley
  • 1 cup of Water

Preparation

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the onion, garlic and fry for 2 minutes, turn on the heat and add the meat to continue cooking for 3 minutes.
Remove the excess fat if necessary, add the pumpkin and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour the poblano chile cream plus a can of water, lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes; add the parsley. Remove from the fire.

PRESENTATION

Serve in an extended dish and accompany with rice.

TIPS

Fry at high temperature and quickly the fillet to prevent it from hardening.

Lo preparé con crema y Chile poblando natural nada de enlatados, y me quedo riquísima además le agregue un poco de leche y en vez de perejil que cilantro. 😍😘
