Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 cups beef tenderloin, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups pumpkin, cut into cubes
  • 2 cans chile poblano cream, Campbell's®
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the onion, garlic and fry for 2 minutes, turn on the heat and add the meat to continue cooking for 3 minutes.
Remove the excess fat if necessary, add the pumpkin and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour the poblano chile cream plus a can of water, lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes; add the parsley. Remove from the fire.

PRESENTATION

Serve in an extended dish and accompany with rice.

TIPS

Fry at high temperature and quickly the fillet to prevent it from hardening.
