Ingredients

5 portions
  • 599 grams beef, preferably skirt
  • 4 chayote squash , peeled and diced
  • 4 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 Cube chicken soup

Preparation

Cook the beef skirt in enough water with 1 onion, 1 garlic and salt.
Wash, peel, diced vegetables, and spinach defoliate without stem, disinfect in water for 5 min, fry in olive oil.
Add the tomatoes, onion and garlic, cook 3 min.
Add the skirt already cooked and shredded together with the chicken cube. Leave to season for 5 min.
Serve with steam broccoli.
It can be accompanied with white brown rice.
