Rich pancakes of ground beef, practical to serve with a salad or the same in a tomato sauce like meatballs.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 beef, milled
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 bags ground bread
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • oils, the necessary
  • 1 romaine lettuce, washed, disinfected and chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, cut into slices
  • 1 can pitted black olive

Preparation

Mix perfectly the meat with the eggs, the cheese, the ground bread, the oregano, the parsley, salt and pepper.
Take small portions and form the pancakes.
Fry them in enough hot oil and remove them when they have browned.
Absorb excess grease with paper towels.
Serve immediately accompanied with lettuce, tomato and olives.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with your best sauce and cream.
