Beef Rolls with Creamy Tomato Sauce

If you don't know how to prepare your family for the week, go for these rich beef roll-ups with creamy tomato sauce, they are practical and very easy to make. Serve them with baby potatoes and baby carrots.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup Nestle media creama
  • 5 tomatoes, poached
  • 1/2 cups mashed tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 4 beef milanesa
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, in sticks
  • enough oil

Preparation

For the sauce, blend the evaporated milk with Nestle Media Crema, the tomatoes, the tomato puree, onion, and the garlic.
In a small bowl melt the butter and add the sauce, cook 20 minutes and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
On a board place the think sliced beef fillets, season with salt and pepper, stuffed with cheese and roll up. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
In a pan with oil, cook the rolls until they are cooked.
Serve on a plate with the creamy tomato sauce, with baby potatoes and baby carrots.

PRESENTATION

TIPS

If you want you sauce creamier you can add a package of cream cheese, this will give more consistency to your sauce.
