Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos beef steak
  • 1 cup canned mushroom
  • 250 grams manchego cheese
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons oil, or butter
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash the steaks well and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the peppers and sauté in a sauté for 5 minutes
Put the steaks so they start cooking, when they are ready add the mushrooms and then add manchego cheese
With the heat it will melt.
