Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 cups of fillet tip cut into thin strips
  • 1 onion very thin fillet
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes without seed, and cut into small squares
  • 3 serrano peppers finely chopped
  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom Campbell's ®
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 4 tablespoons of fresh coriander finely chopped

Preparation

Heat the oil in a deep pan over high heat, fry the beef tips for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add the onion, garlic and cook for 2 more minutes. Add the tomato and the chili finishes cooking for 3 more minutes
Add the mushroom cream and a can of water, lower the cooking temperature for 10 more minutes and season.
Before serving, add the cilantro and mix.

PRESENTATION

Serve with Mexican rice

You can add carrots or mushrooms cut into quarters.
