  • 1 kilo rib
  • 1 cup Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce
  • to taste garlic, granulate to sprinkle
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle it
  • 1 tablespoon whole clove
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 12 ounces light beer
  • 1 cup jam, peach or apricot


Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
On a rimmed baking sheet, season the ribs with salt, pepper and garlic. Sprinkle with the oil and sprinkle the cloves on the ribs and in the saucepan. Pour the beer over the ribs, cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 2 hours, until the meat is tender.
When removing from the oven, place the juices of the tray in a saucepan and save it for later.
Beat the Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce, marmalade and lemon juice and boil over high heat until reduced to 1 1/2 cups, approximately 20 minutes.
Preheat the grill.
Place the ribs fleshy side down on the spit, varnish with the sauce and broil for 7 minutes. Turn the ribs over and varnish the other side with the sauce. Hold for 10 minutes, until it starts to char. Turn over again, varnish with the rest of the sauce and broil, until 10 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes and serve.
