Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 saladette tomatoes
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 400 grams ground beef
  • 1 Cube Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cups carrot, cooked in cubes
  • 1/2 cups pea, Cooked

Preparation

Blend the tomato, the piece of onion, the garlic and the water. Strain and reserve.
Heat the oil in an extended pot and fry the chopped onion with the meat until golden brown.
Pour the liquefied tomato stew, the cube of Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth and let it boil over medium heat for 5 minutes or until it is seasoned.
Add the vegetables, mix and let it cook for 10 more minutes moving from time to time.
To serve.
