Beef in its Juice

Transfer to the beautiful state of Jalisco with this beef in its juice, it is a classic of the state gastronomy and is ideal for any occasion since it is very easy to prepare. The combination of bacon with beef, green sauce and beans is a true delight. Accompany it with warm tortillas and avocado.

Ingredients

  • 5 pieces of green tomato for the sauce
  • 2 teeth of Garlic for the sauce
  • 2 pieces of chile serrano for the sauce
  • 1/4 of piece of onion for the sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of chicken soup for the sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander for the sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil for sauce and beans
  • 1/2 Cup of bacon chopped
  • 600 grams of beef steak in squares
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1 Cup of bean
  • to taste of coriander finely chopped
  • to taste of onion finely chopped
  • to taste of Water in sheets to decorate

    Preparation

    For the sauce, blend the tomatoes with the garlic, the chile serrano, the onion, the chicken broth and the cilantro until you get a smooth sauce.
    In a pot heat a tablespoon of oil and add the sauce, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes. Reservation.
    In a deep pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until browned, add the lid steak and cook until it releases its juice. Add the green sauce and season with salt and pepper, cover and cook until thickening.
    In a pot add the rest of the oil and heat the beans.
    Serve the meat in a bowl with beans, cilantro, onion and avocado. Accompany with corn tortillas.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a deep dish and serve with tortillas and avocado.

    TIPS

    Try to cook the green sauce well to avoid getting sour.
