Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups semolina
  • 2 cups flour
  • 6 slices White bread
  • 2 teaspoons royal baking powder
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 twine
  • 1 rag, thin

Preparation

Boil water. Cut the bread into slices.
In a deep dish beat the egg, add the semolina, flour, milk (try the thickness, it should be firm), Royal. Integrate this revolution with meat and bread. Make a ball.
Wrap the ball in the cloth and tie it to the ends leaving the colitas. It will remain as if it were a gigantic sweet wrapped.
Put the ball on the pot with boiling water for half an hour on one side and half an hour on the other.
Then unroll it and serve it in slices decorated with slices of raw tomato on the sides or parsley.

TIPS

Instead of tomato you can serve it with slices of boiled potatoes or with a tomato previously heated a few minutes in the oven or in the microwave.
