Preparation
Bring water to a boil in a pot. Cut the bread into slices.
In a deep bowl beat the egg, add the semolina, flour, milk (test the thickness; it must be firm), Royal. Integrate this mixture with the meat and bread. Roll into a ball.
Wrap the ball in a clean and thin cloth, tie it by the ends with the help of a cord, leaving the tails. It will be as if it were a gigantic wrapped candy.
Put the ball in a pot with boiling water for half an hour on one side and half an hour on the other.
Then you unwrap it and serve it sliced garnished with slices of raw tomato on the sides or with parsley.
