This dish is a rich baked venison that is cooked with orange juice that gives it an exquisite and unique flavor.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo meat, deer
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 lemons, its juice
  • ground black peppers, to taste
  • aromatic herbs, laurel, thyme and marjoram
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 guajillo chilies, to color the meat

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in the blender, including the chilies previously soaked and clean and in the resulting marinade marinate the venison meat cut into pieces.
Place it in a tray, wrapped in aluminum foil and put in the oven at 280 degrees for about 40 minutes, taking care not to dry the meat.

PRESENTATION

It is served accompanied by vegetable garnish, or sweet peach or potato puree.
