Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, julienned
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 4 beef steaks, cut into strips
  • lemons
  • ground peppers
  • salt
  • fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers, cut into squares or strips

Preparation

Lightly varnish an electric skillet with olive oil, wait until it is hot. The advantage of using this skillet is that you will not require much oil.
Add the meat to the electric skillet and cook for 5 minutes, add the onion, tomato and jalapeño peppers and cook for another 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and add the juice of one lemon. Use a wooden spoon to avoid scratching the surface of the pan.

PRESENTATION

Add chopped cilantro on top of the fajitas. Serve with flour or corn tortillas if you prefer.

TIPS

Avoid using oil and get non-fat foods using an electric skillet.
