This dish is ideal for those who like spicy food.

Ingredients

11 servings
  • 1 1/2 kilos of beef
  • 1 kilo of tomato cooked
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seed
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 pinch of clove
  • 1 tablespoon of whole black pepper
  • 3 leaves of laurel
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 piece of ancho chili pepper Cooked
  • 2 pieces of fresh ginger
  • 1 piece of onion chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of pineapple vinegar
  • 1 pinch of Salt

    Preparation

    Wash the meat and leave it for 20 minutes in hot water, then put it to cook preferably in the pressure cooker approx. 30 minutes.
    Grind wide chili and tomatoes and spices. Add this sauce in the same pressure cooker (with the meat and broth), let it boil and add the pineapple vinegar and salt.
    Let it cook for 40 or 50 minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a deep dish and accompany it with the chopped onion and rice.

    TIPS

    You can make Pineapple Vinegar with pineapple peels and brown sugar and store it in a container.
