The secret of our recipe is McCormick® Chicken Broth, as it brings a unique flavor to the preparation, combined with the sweet and at the same time spicy flavor of the chipotle chile marinated. If you have guests and do not want to spend the whole day in the kitchen, the chipotle beef tips are the ideal choice.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick® Granulated Chicken Broth
  • 1 kilo fillet tip
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic
  • 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 8 roma tomatoes
  • 1/3 cups oil
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped

Preparation

File the onion and the garlic. Chop the chipotle chili.
Season the beef tips with the McCormick® Chicken Broth and pepper.
Roast the tomatoes on a griddle. Once the skin is black, grind them together with the garlic and chipotle.
Add oil to a pan and sauté the onion. Incorporates beef tips.
Add the sauce and rectify the seasoning.
Cook for 10 minutes, remove from heat and add chopped cilantro.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a clay dish.

TIPS

You can substitute chipotle chili marinated by chipotle dry chile.
