Cuete Mechado with Tartar Sauce

This mechado cuedo is a very colorful dish served cold. You can ask at the butcher shop to make deep holes or make them yourself. At the time of cutting it will be with a very cheerful color.

Ingredients

    Preparation

    Heat the oil in the Express® Pressure Cooker, add the onion and garlic, add the pump and seal on both sides. Add water, vinegar, salt, pepper and bay leaf.

    Slice the meat and accompany with the sauce.
