Preparation
In a pan pour a little oil and diced meat (we can use as many types of meat as we want) and pepper.
We add the bacon and the sausages (they can be turkey, chicken, polish or to roast).
Chop the onion finely and fry it with the meat, bacon and sausages.
The red pepper is finely diced and added to the mixture.
Once the mixture of meat is golden, remove from the heat and add the grated cheese, which will melt with the heat.
In a bowl we chop cilantro and stir it with finely chopped onion, to accompany it.
We heat the tortillas on the comal and serve the tacos.
