Ingredients

2 portions
  • 500 grams flank steak, in strips
  • 3 tomatoes, red
  • 1 onion, cut in julienne
  • 1 Bell pepper, in strips
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 tablespoons refried beans
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon epazote, in flake
  • 1 tablespoon ground marjoram
  • 1/2 tablespoons ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • to taste salt, to taste
  • 1 can green sauce

Preparation

In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and brown the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Add the bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Incorporate the flank fajitas and move constantly while sealing (2-3 minutes).
Add green sauce, beans, spices and let cook for 10 more minutes.
In a hot comal the tortillas and serve with the fajitas.
