The steak fajitas are an ideal recipe for dinner or eating, you will love it because the mixture of these with tomato puree and vegetables is very good.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 500 grams beef steak, in strips
  • 3 tomatoes, red
  • 1 onion, cut in julienne
  • 1 Bell pepper, in strips
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon epazote, in flake
  • 1 tablespoon ground marjoram
  • 1/2 tablespoons ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • to taste salt, to taste

Preparation

Wash the tomatoes, peel them and place them in a bowl to crush them with a bean crusher until they are pureed.
In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and brown the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Add the bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Add the steak fajitas and move constantly while they are sealed (2-3 minutes).
Add the tomato puree, spices and let cook for 10 more minutes.
In a hot comal the tortillas and serve with the fajitas.

PRESENTATION

Accompany the tortilla fajitas and a Mexican sauce.
