Try this exquisite recipe of beef fajitas in sauce, it's easy to make, delicious and quick. Your guests will love it. Serve with tortillas to make taquitos.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, julienned
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 4 beef tenderloins, cut into strips
  • lemons
  • ground peppers
  • salt
  • fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 can green sauce

Preparation

Lightly coat a pan with the olive oil once it is very hot. (Approximately it takes like 10 minutes)
Add the meat to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, add the onion, tomato and peppers and cook for another 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and add the juice of a lemon.
Finally bathe in green sauce. It serves.

PRESENTATION

Add chopped cilantro on top of the fajitas. Serve with flour or corn tortillas if you prefer.
