Ingredients

4 portions
  • 250 grams black bean, Cooked
  • 140 grams whole kernel corn
  • 1 red pepper
  • 200 grams celery
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 400 grams ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon chilli powder, optional
  • 125 milliliters beef broth
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Preparation

Cut the pepper into thin strips, the celery into thin slices and the onion into thin slices.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, fry the onion, celery and pepper for three minutes while stirring continuously.
Still stirring, add the ground beef, beans and corn. Sprinkle with chili powder and oregano. Pour over the broth and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 10 more minutes over medium heat, stir ingredients from time to time and serve.
