Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams beef milanesa
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 500 grams bean, cooked
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • salt

Preparation

Chop the bacon and cut the meat into small squares. Reservation.
In a hot pan, fry the bacon until the fat is released, and add the garlic, before the bacon is browned, add the meat and stir in an enveloping way.
When the meat is half cooked, add the beans and season with salt. Boil for 10 minutes and serve.

TIPS

Apart you can brown bacon and serve it by sprinkling it over the meat.
