A rich recipe for when you do not have much time. Ideal for those who start as cooks. It is an easy preparation with an incomparable flavor. The meat with chipotles and mushrooms is simply delicious.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 kilo beef, Cut into pieces
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 chipotle chilies, They Can Be 4 Depends On Taste
  • 1 can white mushroom, In pieces
  • 1 pinch salt, To taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper, To taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Water, to taste

Preparation

Put the oil in a saucepan. Fry the meat Move occasionally. Wait until it is golden brown.
Put the tomatoes in water (enough water is enough to almost cover them), and cook them. Once cooked, bring them to the blender with the chipotle peppers, salt, garlic. Grind well.

TIPS
