This rich meatloaf will delight you. It is easy to make and has a rich crust of bacon that will make it the favorite of your family. It is a strong dish that can not be missing in your favorite recipes.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo ground beef, beef
  • 3 ladles parsley, washed, disinfected and dry. Finely chopped
  • 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cups ground bread
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin, ground
  • 1 package bacon, (250 g)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
In a medium bowl, mix the meat, parsley, onion, garlic, egg and bread crumbs. Season and add the cumin.
Cut an aluminum sheet of 30 x 30 cm and put it on the table. Spread the slices of bacon one after the other, place over this the mixed meat and wrap with the foil. Close the edges as if it were a sweet and put to bake in a tray for 45 minutes.
After the time remove it and check the cooking of the meat, if it is still raw, add another 15 minutes.
Raise the temperature of the oven to 200 ° C. and remove the aluminum foil to the meat. Return to the oven and brown the bacon for 5 more minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve with roasted tomatoes.

TIPS

Bake the meat pie once cooked without wrapping so that the bacon is crisp and golden.
