Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 liter of whole milk Santa Clara®
  • 500 grams of ground beef beef
  • 250 grams of ground beef of pork
  • 1/2 Cup of pea Cooked
  • 1/4 of Cup of carrot cut into medium cubes and cooked
  • 1/2 piece of onion chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 3 pieces of potato white
  • 300 grams of bacon in slices
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 3 spoonfuls of vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons of ground pepper
  • 3 spoonfuls of vegetable oil

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 190 ° c.
    Peel the potatoes and coat them, looking for them to be thin, cook them in a pot over low heat with the milk at a temperature of 10 minutes, after the time remove them from the milk and reserve.
    Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onion, once they are brown, add the beef and pork. Cook lightly, taking care not to discard the meat, salt and pepper and add the carrot and pea, reserve.
    Line a mold for box bread with slices of bacon, once covered add the meat you cooked, arrange the potatoes in the entire base of the mold. Finish lining all this with bacon. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
    After this time, remove the preparation of the oven, remove the foil.
    Return the preparation to the oven on the tray so that the bacon will brown for about 10 more minutes.
    To serve: Cut into slices and serve with bread and more steamed vegetables.
