Ingredients

8 portions
  • 500 grams beef
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 onions, slices
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers
  • 5 potatoes, slices
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Fry the meat
Add the tomato, onion and chilies.
The potatoes are fried separately and when they are well browned they are added to the meat.
Salt and pepper to taste and let it boil for five minutes.

TIPS

It can be accompanied with beans and red rice.
