This Mexican meat recipe is something easy and simple, as well as quick to prepare with the flavor of our land.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 500 grams beef
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 onions, slices
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers
  • 5 potatoes, slices
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Fry the meat.
Add the tomato, onion and chiles.
The potatoes are fried separately and when they are well browned they are added to the meat.
Salt and pepper to taste and boil for five minutes.

TIPS

It can be served with beans and red rice.
