Preparation
Blend milk, garlic, onion, pepper and salt and reserve. Marina milanesas for 10 minutes in refrigeration.
Spread the milanesas on a plate or tray, topped with vegetables and cheese. Fold in half (like a quesadilla) and fix with 2 chopsticks.
Spend the milanesas for the flour, then for the egg and finally for the empanizer.
