The classic Milanese with a delicious twist because it is filled with vegetables and cheese, making it more interesting when eating. It is a way to integrate vegetables to the children's plate and to leave the prepared routine something exquisite.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 beef milanesa
  • 1/2 liters milk
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 garlic
  • to taste black pepper, and salt
  • 1/4 kilos manchego cheese, chopped or cheese oaxaca shredded
  • 2 cups spinach, cooked
  • 2 cups vegetable, cooked (carrots, peas, potatoes, corn)
  • 2 cups bread crumbs, (Wheat bran, oats and ground peanuts in a processor)
  • 2 eggs, smoothies and seasonings
  • 1 cup wheat flour, or rice

Preparation

Blend milk, garlic, onion, pepper and salt and reserve. Marina milanesas for 10 minutes in refrigeration.
Spread the milanesas on a plate or tray, topped with vegetables and cheese. Fold in half (like a quesadilla) and fix with 2 chopsticks.
Spend the milanesas for the flour, then for the egg and finally for the empanizer.
Dora a la Milanasas in a pan and go!

PRESENTATION

Serve with the salad of your choice and some rice.

To brew you can use traditional bread, or corn flakes
