Delicious stew that you can prepare a day that you are in a hurry and you should leave the food done. It is also extremely nutritious and delicious.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 8 Tía Rosa® Pre-cooked tortillinas®
  • 500 beef steaks, in fajitas
  • 1 white onion, filleted
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup pumpkin, in cubes
  • vegetal oil, necessary amount
  • salt, to taste
  • ground peppers, to taste

Preparation

Heat the vegetable oil and fry the onion, corn and garlic for a few minutes.
Add the steak fajitas and season with salt and pepper.
Add the pumpkin into cubes and cook covered for 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve and accompany with Tortilinas® Precooked Tía Rosa®.

PRESENTATION

Serve with green sauce.
