Preparation
Grind the cumin and mint in the molcajete.
In a bowl, mix the meat, the chicken broth, the rice, the raw eggs and the bread.
Divide the mixture in 12 portions and make the meatballs by putting a piece of boiled egg in the center.
Apart heat the oil and fry the onion until it browns, add the liquefied tomato with the chipotle chilies. Let boil a few minutes.
Add the tomato concentrate with chicken and water.
When the boil is gone, add the meatballs and cook until they soften.
