Ingredients

6 servings
  • 750 grams of ground beef
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1 twig of peppermint
  • 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 Cup of rice soaked in hot water and drained
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of ground bread
  • 3 pieces of egg Cooked and divided into 4
  • 3 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1 piece of onion slice
  • 2 pieces of tomato
  • 2 pieces of chipotle chile pepper tin
  • 2 cubes of stock of tomato with chicken
  • 2 cups of Water

    Preparation

    Grind the cumin and mint in the molcajete.
    In a bowl, mix the meat, the chicken broth, the rice, the raw eggs and the bread.
    Divide the mixture in 12 portions and make the meatballs by putting a piece of boiled egg in the center.
    Apart heat the oil and fry the onion until it browns, add the liquefied tomato with the chipotle chilies. Let boil a few minutes.
    Add the tomato concentrate with chicken and water.
    When the boil is gone, add the meatballs and cook until they soften.
