Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 500 grams ground beef, beef
  • 1/2 cups mashed tomatoes, with Chilpotle Del Fuerte®
  • 4 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 cup quinoa, Cooked
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 bell peppers, matches in two throughout

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for a minute. Add the onion and sauté for three more minutes, add the meat and fry for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Add the Tomato Puree with Chilpotle Del Fuerte® and cook for five minutes. Add the parsley, quinoa and salt and pepper, mixing everything perfectly. It must be half humid.
Split the peppers in half lengthwise. Place them in a refractory and fill them with the sautéed meat.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany it with a green salad.

TIPS

If you want the preparation to be a little sweet, use red peppers.
