Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 1/2 cups mushroom, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can cream, of mushrooms
  • 1/2 cups Red wine
  • 1 kilo sirloin, chopped into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cups oil

Preparation

Season the meat to taste. Heat oil in the pot. Seal the meat in the oil and add the onion. Turn until the onion is crystalline.
Add the other ingredients and cover the pot for 2 hrs.
