A rich recipe to prepare in a wok. The Oriental Res with Sesame Seed has a rich soy sauce with which to bat the beef and vegetables.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 450 grams of filet of beef tenderloin
  • 400 milliliters of chicken consommé
  • 2 spoonfuls of cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 4 scallion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 7 cups of broccoli
  • 1/2 Cup of Red bell pepper sliced
  • 4 spoonfuls of sesame seed

    Preparation

    Mix chicken broth, cornstarch, green onions and soy sauce in a bowl.
    Cut the fillet into cubes and heat the oil in a wok or pan.
    Add the steak and garlic and fry for 4 minutes.
    Remove the meat from the wok and set it aside.
    Pour the consommé mixture into the wok with the broccoli, cover and boil over low heat for 8 minutes.
    Add the beef and pepper and cook until the mixture is thick.
    Sprinkle with sesame

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a platter decorated with sesame and accompany Chinese rice.

    TIPS

    For a vegetarian option you can use tofu instead of beef steak.
