Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tablespoons margarine, Chantilly® Spring With Salt
  • 400 grams beef steak
  • 1 green bell pepper, without tail, without seeds
  • 1 red pepper, without tail, without seeds
  • 1 cup white onion, in medium squares
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth, granulated
  • 8 corn tortillas

Preparation

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the onion and garlic with margarine. Spring Chantilly® With Salt. Add the peppers cut into small triangles and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the meat cut into squares. Season with Knorr® Switzerland Chicken broth, granulate, integrate everything well and cook for approximately 7 more minutes or until you reach the desired term of the meat.
Let stand between 5 and 10 minutes. Serve hot and accompany with corn tortillas.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a freshly made sauce.
